The 150-year old beautifully restored farmhouse is separated into three independent units, each with own bathroom. Surrounded by 20 acres of woods, it enjoys a privileged and quiet position on top of a hill. It is within easy reach of major historic towns in Umbria and Tuscany and the beaches of Lake Trasimeno. The region is famous for its excellent gastronomy.

Other Details
Many nearby villages organise typical fairs with dancing and food. There are also several musical and opera festivals in churches and palaces. The garden owner is a RHS member. The garden is 20 years old and is divided into 10 different sections (herb, rose, Japanese garden...), each with its own style, plants and sitting areas, and has a collection of 100 flower pots. A gardener comes regularly to water.
